Fantasy News: Joe’s Week 12 Busts

My Quarterback Bust of the week: Matt Ryan, Atlanta Falcons – Matty Ice plays so much better at home than he does on the road, however this week he is at home and I still feel he will be a bust. Cleveland does not give up many fantasy points to QBs, allowing only 12.9. Ryan’s offensive line struggles at time and the Browns front 7 are very good at rushing the passer. Ryan struggles, gets rushed, knocked down, and sacked, heavily throughout this game. Don’t expect a lot from him.

Other recommended quarterbacks to Bust are: Matthew Stafford vs. New England Patriots; Robert Griffin vs. San Francisco 49ers

My Running back Bust of the week: Andre Ellington, Arizona Cardinals – Ellington and the Cardinals head to Seattle this weekend, although the Seahawks defense is not like it was last season, they are still very tough to run on. Seattle is allowing 15.2 fantasy points to opposing running backs and the have only allowed an average of 90.1 rushing yards per game. Look for Ellington to struggle this week.

Other recommended running backs to Bust are: Alfred Morris vs. San Francisco; Mark Ingram vs. Baltimore Ravens

My Wide Receiver Bust of the week: Golden Tate, Detroit Lions – Detroit visits New England this week, the Patriots are allowing 16.5 fantasy points to WR’s this season, the weather will be cold and windy. I don’t think Tate does much here, look elsewhere.

Other recommended wide receivers to Bust are: Andre Johnson vs. Cincinnati Bengals; Desean Jackson vs. San Francisco 49ers

My Tight End Bust of the week: Charles Clay, Miami Dolphins – Clay and company head to mile high to face the Denver Broncos. The Broncos defense has played very well this year, they are only allowing 8.3 fantasy points to tight ends. I don’t expect much from Clay this week out in Denver.

Other recommended tight ends to Bust are: Jared Cook vs. San Diego Chargers; Owen Daniels vs. New Orleans Saints
